For some reason I fancied watching Chevy Chase's Christmas Vacation tonight and not quite what the OP asked but I wasn't aware that the actor Brian Doyle-Murray who played Chase's boss in CV and was in films such as Groundhog Day, JFK, Caddyshack and Scrooged is in fact Bill Murray's brother. Learn something new everyday!!!

Look at the cast list for a 1957 film called Hell Drivers, it's a who's who of future film stars including Sean Connery and Patrick McGoohan.
Great film as well.

Was just reading that Harvey Keitel was originally hired for the Willard part in Apocalypse Now but was fired after two weeks and replaced by Martin Sheen.
They used a piece of footage where Keitel was on the boat at a distance in the completed film.
Steve McQueen was originally lined up to play the role at a massive salary but when he realised how much location filming there was wanted to switch to the Robert Duvall part. At the same salary. Which Francis Ford Coppola couldn't afford to do.
